Delete your account
Effective date: October 19, 2026
1. Delete it in the app
Open the Neutrax app, go to Me, tap the settings icon at the top, then Account & app → Delete account. You can tell us why (optional) and tap Delete my account. You are then signed out on every phone.
2. Without the app
Email neutraxcorporation@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Neutrax account". We reply to confirm it is your account and then delete it the same way as in the app.
3. When it is deleted
Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. Until then it is hidden from other people (friends, leaderboards, trainers) and you get no notifications. Changed your mind? Sign in within the 30 days and choose Keep my account. After 30 days it can no longer be brought back.
4. What is deleted
Your login and profile; your food log and meal photos; workouts, steps, sleep, water, weight, body measurements and blood pressure; your cycle and period data; health answers; coins, rewards, store orders and streaks; friends, cheers and reports; your trainer links and any diets or workouts made for you; and your profile photo and trainer certificate files.
5. What is kept
If you were a member of a gym that uses Neutrax, the gym keeps its own record of your membership and the bills it gave you (gyms need these for their accounts and taxes); it is no longer linked to your app account. We also keep a short record that the account was deleted (the account number, the dates and the reason you chose), with no name, contact or health data.
6. Deleting only some data
You can delete a logged meal in the app at any time (tap it, then delete). To have other data removed without deleting the account, email neutraxcorporation@gmail.com.
